Step: 01

13-Tank Surface Pretreatment

A perfect finish starts with a pristine surface. We use a rigorous 13-tank chemical cleaning and treatment process to completely prep the metal before coating:

  • Pre-Degreasing & Degreasing: Deep chemical cleaning to remove heavy industrial oils, grease, and surface soils.

  • Triple Rinsing: Multiple dedicated water wash stages to completely flush away residual cleaning agents and prevent chemical cross-contamination.

  • Pickling & De-rusting: An acid treatment that strips away stubborn rust, scale, or metal oxides.

  • Surface Conditioning: Prepares the metal's grain structure to ensure optimal chemical bonding.

  • Phosphating & Conversion Coating: Deposits a protective layer to fundamentally inhibit future corrosion and rust.

  • Passivation & Sealing: Finalizes and seals the chemical coating, massively boosting long-term weather resistance.

  • Forced Hot-Air Drying: Parts pass through a high-temperature dryer to completely evaporate all moisture before coating.

Step: 02

Electrostatic Powder Application & Curing

Once the metal is perfectly prepped and dry, it moves immediately to our coating and baking line:

  • Precision Electrostatic Spraying: Advanced spray guns apply a specialized electrostatic charge to the powder, attracting it uniformly to every bend, weld, and contour of the sheet metal.

  • High-Temperature Curing: The coated parts are moved into our calibrated curing oven, where the powder melts and fuses into a tough, beautiful, industrial-grade skin.

  • Flawless Durability: The final result is a uniform finish that resists chipping, scratching, fading, and weathering far better than traditional liquid paint.
