Pre-Heating: Oven 3 prepares components for better powder adhesion.
Curing Ovens: Oven 1 & 2 ensure complete and durable powder curing.
Manual Finishing: Skilled technicians handle complex areas and detailed touch-ups.

Step: 02

Our controlled coating process ensures strong adhesion, corrosion protection, and long-lasting finishes.

Surface Preparation: Chemical treatment improves powder adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Electrostatic Application: Powder is evenly applied through Cartridge 3 or 4 booths.
Thermal Curing: Components are cured in Oven 1 or 2 for a tough, durable finish.
Quality Inspection: Final checks ensure consistent color, coating thickness, and surface quality.
