About Our Story

CANNY CONTROLS

CANNY CONTROLS located in Coimbatore, South India, serving for 30+ years, established in 1994 as a small fabrication unit. Now expanded to SHEET METAL / HEAVY FABRICATION, PRECISION MACHINING & PRODUCT ASSEMBLIES with 1,26,000 sq.ft and a workforce of 360+ employees.

Our products serve to Textiles, Automobiles, Electricals and General Engineering sectors. From the date of establishment, along with quality, we also concentrate on the innovative design of the products ideally tailored to our customers, which gained us the momentum with powerful driving force for industrial progress.

Raw Material Inspection

Reviewing supplier chemical and mechanical certifications against purchase orders and ensure the sheet's thickness.

Inward Material Inspection

Components are verified through dimensional, visual, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure top quality.

First Article Inspection

A comprehensive evaluation of the very first manufactured sample to validate tooling setups and programming before mass production begins.

In-Process Inspection

Periodic spot-checks are conducted during bending, welding, coating, and assembly to detect misalignment.

Final Quality Inspection

Double-check overall dimensions, hole placements, and critical mating features to ensure all structural, aesthetic, and anti-corrosion specs are met.

Quality Assurance & Process Control

Systemic monitoring, documentation, and optimization of the manufacturing workflow to ensure long-term consistency, traceability, and compliance with international standards(ISO 9001:2015).

STEP : 01

Product Development & Planning

Aligning Voice of the Customer (VoC) data, business strategy, and quality goals to establish the preliminary BOM and special characteristics required for final estimation and quotation approval.

STEP : 02

Process Design and Development

This phase establishes Drawings and the Prototype Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), executes the Production Trial Run and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and final PPAP submission.

STEP : 03

Production, Feedback & Action Plan

Statistical Process Control (SPC) data reduces our process variation, improved customer satisfaction, standardized feedback loops, and ongoing continual improvements.
